My Political Career

I wondered for a while whether I should include this, but in the end I decided to.

Why? Because politics have been an important part of my life for the past few years, and a lot of my best marketing samples actually come from that world.

Take the one on the right, for example. This post reached millions of people because it was shared on one of the largest i=Instagram accounts in Poland (make_life_harder). It’s a play on a joke — people say the city I live in, Szczecin, doesn’t exist. So… I made one of my slogans: Let’s Make Szczecin Exist.

Virtually every piece of advertising in my two campaigns was something I created from scratch, from the copy to the graphics (based on a template created by my party), all the way to managing the campaign on Facebook Ads.

In this one, I used my cats to get a few extra votes. It got some nice engagement.

Oh, and one more thing: My politics stay on my political profiles. I don’t engage in politics in the workplace, I have enough of that in my everyday life. I use the experience from politics to create better content, but I don’t use my work experience to drive my political career.

Ten Square Games

A classic recap of TSG’s year, written and voiced by me, directed with the help of Rafał Garcarek, an incredible Motion Designer.

One of two interviews in the Be A-Head of the Game Series, which I hosted and marketed.

Probably my favourite blog post while at TSG where I discussed the impact of AI with a wide array of colleagues. Most blog posts between November 2021 and May 2023 were written by me as well.

Elastic Email

A collection of my blog posts over my tenure at Elastic Email.

Skinwallet

A collection of my blog posts while working at Skinwallet.

Quick YouTube ads for Skinwallet, written, voiced and directed by me with the help of a Motion Designer.

The Skinwallet YouTube channel where I wrote, recorded, voiced/starred in and edited most of the videos.

Wargaming

Script for promo for a new ship in World of Warships Blitz. This included both in-game and historical research, and was a fun challenge.

Huuuge Games

Unfortunately, a load of microcopy was lost from those days, however, what remains are blog posts on the company’s Medium, including my personal favourite – one that I heard convinced one of my colleagues to join the company.

Other Stuff

Over the years, I’ve created a pretty sizeable amount of writing that I did mostly… for myself. You can check out my Medium.
